Power in Shadows

Today’s Scripture: Acts 5:15 KJV”Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.”

The power available in the presence of God is so mighty and powerful, yet what baffles the human mind is the inability of God’s children to access his divine power; rather they are thrilled and awestruck by the counterfeit power of the enemy: to make money appear and disappear or cause people to receive temporary healing.

Today’s Scripture emphasizes the depth and intensity of God’s power that we can access; Peter was so filled with this power that whoever his shadow fell upon was made whole from the bondage of infirmity. God is more than ready to release this supernatural power to those that are thirsty and ready to pay the price; all it takes is a deep time of fellowship and intimacy with his word.

Refuse to be held spell-bound by the works of the enemy, go deeper in God, you will be amazed at how much power is available to you.

Prayer for Today: Father I thank you for your word today. I resolve to go deeper in prayer and study of your word to access much power for exploits in Jesus name, Amen
